El Paso’s Center for Integrative Cancer Medicine is no ordinary building. The medical facility is artfully designed to include the beauty of the surrounding environment. Working with an entrepreneurial doctor to design and build the 42,909-square-foot center from the ground up, NELCO ensured shielding integrity for a Linear Accelerator Vault, a CT room and a PET/CT room, as well as space for medical oncology. Set among the picturesque landscape, with rolling hills and blue skies, the center offers several outdoor areas as well as large windows and balconies. Integrative medicine has come a long way in El Paso.
